TemplateItem class.

Constructor

new TemplateItem(el, events, attributes, parent, appendToRoot)

Creates an instance of TemplateItem.

Parameters:

`events`	Object	The events related to the template item.
`attributes`	Object	The attributes for the template item.
`parent`	componyx.bindary.TemplateItem	The parent TemplateItem if this item is a child.
`appendToRoot`	boolean	Determines whether to append to the root.
