Creates an instance of the Grid Item.

Parameters:

`properties.cssClassExpand`	String	Gets or sets the css class of an expand cell.
`properties.draggable`	Boolean	Gets or sets a value indicating if the row is draggable.
`properties.expandable`	Boolean	Gets or sets a value indicating if the row is expandable and collapsible.
`properties.expanded`	Boolean	Gets or sets a value indicating if the row is (initially) expanded.
`properties.isGroup`	Boolean	Gets or sets a value indicating if the item holds a group of child-items.
`properties.groupExpandable`	Boolean	Gets or sets a value indicating if the group is expandable and collapsible.
`properties.groupExpanded`	Boolean	Gets or sets a value indicating if the group is (initially) expanded.
`properties.groupIndent`	Number	Gets or sets the indent value of the group in pixels.
`properties.parentId`	String	Gets or sets the id of the parent group-item to which this item belongs (IsGroup on parent item must be enabled).
