When the data updates
By default an element updates its bound value after a change or blur, not on every keystroke.
$bindary.liveBind switches every bound input to update live, on keyup, instead.
Set it per element instead of globally with the type attribute's
sibling, b-live-bind, if you only want live updates on one field, a search box, say, while
the rest of a form stays change-triggered.
